Top Left: Ye Olde Smokehouse has the setting of a typical English cottage. Afternoon tea with piping hot stovies and home made strawberry jam is a must at the garden terrace.
Top Right: On the steep slopes, the tea leaves are plucked by hand and thrown over the shoulder into the basket. Tea harvesting on the gentler slopes is done by motorised harvester; the leaves are blown into a bag.
Bottom Left: Elegant colonial stone and brick houses, English-styled cottages and bungalows which reflect the lifestyle of the early residents are the types of accommodation one would expect at Cameron Highlands.
Bottom Right: An "orang asli" or aborigine settlement.
